I need handicapped room, as I am in wheelchair. Carpet was older, but very clean. It was a little difficult to get around on carpet. Room itself was very clean and confortable. We didn't stay for breakfast. Room was nice - had micro and coffee and fridge. Bathroom was fabulous - large tub with seat for handicapped access. Lots of room to get around in wheelchair. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable and had very soft sheets. Will use this hotel any time we go to the area.

The staff here were wonderful. From the front desk people to the cleaning lady, to the woman who prepares the breakfast, everyone was pleasant and friendly. I did not like the way the parking lot is set up behind the building behind a solid wall as it did not feel safe walking back to the front door. However once inside I did feel safe and enjoyed my stay.

The lady who greeted us was awesome smiling bubbly. Then there was a gentleman there with her he overheard her asking us what do we plan to do while there and he recommended places to shop 😉. I LOVED loved the beds and pillows were soo comfortable😊. Our stay was July 24th-29th 2023.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean, just a little tired. Building and stairwells could use cleaning and refreshing, but for the cost and staffs diligence, you cannot beat this price. Rooms were cozy, all was quiet, linens clean. I would stay here again, absolutely.

Clean , accessible, good breakfast The elevator broke down while we were there. The staff sorted it but it took a while. On request though they moved us to a room at floor 1 since my mother could not take the stairs. Thanks to the staff for understanding
